FARBEN LEHRE was set up in September 1986 in Plock (city in the centre of Poland). They published 11 CD’s so far, one live, three compilations, eight studio albums and one dvd.
The band plays a lot of concerts in Poland (102 gigs in 2007 only) and abroad. From 2004 Wojciech Wojda is the organizer and FL is the main band of PUNKY REGGAE live Tour, which every spring visits biggest polish cities. In their history FARBEN LEHRE were guests of the biggest polish festivals like Przystanek Woodstock (3 times, each gig for many thousands of people), Jarocin (8 times, prize-winner 1990), Hunterfest (2006), Nie zabijaj (2005, 2006). FL gave shows on Flingern Punk Rock Festival (Düsseldorf 2001 and 2003, in a popular AK-47 club), in Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Magdeburg, Cottbus, Zittau and others...) France (Auxerre 2002), Ukraine (Kiev, Lwov, Slavske 2008), Ireland (Dublin 2008). They also were on big tour in Italy in 1998 visiting among others Milan, Venice, Bergamo, Padova and Genua. Farben Lehre supported such acts as Exploited, Die Toten Hosen, Vibrators, U.K.Subs, G.B.H. Music by FL is extremely positive, energetic and full of joy of playing. Rough lyrics describe our reality in a great, right way. FL created their own unusual, recognizable punky-regga estyle.
